During the public section members of the public may raise points for consideration by Councillors. This section also includes Borough and County Councillor reports.
1. Apologies for Absence:
Apologies together with reasons for absence will be taken and recorded.
2. Declarations of Interest:
Councillors to state any known conflict of interest, personal or believed prejudicial on agenda items
3. Minutes:
Minutes from meeting held on 27/01/2022 will be presented for approval.
4. Matters Arising:
The Clerk and others as appropriate will update on any relevant points.
5. Administration & Financial Matters:
To include payments of accounts as presented by the Clerk.
6. Internal Control Officer Report:
Councillor Bosworth to report.
7. Mayor’s Visit:
To confirm details for the Mayors visit on Saturday 14th April.
8. NCC Highway Matters
To discuss any Highway Matters that need to be reported to NCC for action.
9. Fritton Defibrillator:
Any update to be reported by the Clerk or others as appropriate.
10. Gt Yarmouth BID Funding for A143 Walkway:
Cllr Stephens to report, discussion on submitting a new application for funding.
11.Planning:
To consider any applications submitted and reviewed earlier.
12.Time and Date of the next Parish Council Meeting:
The Annual Parish Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 26th May 2022, 7.30pm at Fritton Village Hall.
